It has now been 4 years, 8&1/2 months. I have had 24 nights of sleep during this time. I feel as if I have been awake for almost 5 years. BUT my Lord is my Strength.
This is my first Blog so bare with me. Really. If it were not for Trammell, our son,
who is now 18 years old, (I still can't believe it!) I would still be using a rotary phone and sticking a stamp on any "mail" I sent to anyone. He set this blog up for me about an hour ago.
So, here I go.
Today has been really great! I got my 24th night of sleep in 1,714 days and "nights"!!!! YEA!!!!
I talked Trammell in to taking over his Dad's care last night. He has now promised to do that once a week. It's going to be like having Christmas every week for me. I am sooooo excited!
It's now 6:00pm. I have David sitting up eating his dinner. He just wake up from his nape.
The days are busy but night time gets busier. (I'm still working on ideas for that) That's when I am soooooo tired I'm dragging.
I'm a morning person. Always have been. I hit the floor running. Change David's diaper, get the trash together, do my work-out, do the laundry, feed the cat, change David, do the dishes, fix breakfast for Trammell and myself, give David a bottle of milk and turn on his Nick Jr. Cartoons, (yes, a baby bottle), have coffee and Bible Study with Trammell, fix David's breakfast (if he is ready to sit up and eat). I raise his hospital bed and put his food on his tray. Sometimes he knows how to feed himself and other times he has to be fed. Trammell or I will do that. Change David's diaper AGAIN, Trammell then gets started on his school work. I go back and forth between the two of them . And That's my mornings. SO WHAT I REALLY WANT TO KNOW IS HOW IN THE WORLD HAVE I GAINED WEIGHT during all this? LOL!
